Emmanuel is widely respected in the soccer community for his deep knowledge of the game, coaching expertise, charisma, and commitment to player development both on and off the field. He is especially admired for his mentorship, leadership, and the strong bonds he builds with his players through trust, discipline, and motivation.

Coach Max currently plays semi-professionally for the New England Combine FC in the United Premier Soccer League.
He has served as an assistant coach at the Woorstars FC youth soccer clinic for more than 8 months.

As the head coach of the Worcester Haitian Soccer team, Coach Will brings experience from his time as a semi-professional player with Unations.
For over 8 months, he held the position of assistant coach at the Woorstars FC youth soccer clinic and successfully led the U8 and U12 teams to win the Woorstars Youth Soccer tournament.

In August 2024, Worcester City Football Club hosted its first Youth Soccer Tournament for boys and girls ages 7 to 19.
The tournament featured six teams and over 40 players, representing different communities across Worcester.
Teams from African Community Education and Worcester Culture Exchange Through Soccer participated in the Under 8, Under 12, and Under 19 divisions, alongside WCFC teams in each age group.
Worcester City FC achieved a strong performance, with both the Under 8 and Under 12 teams winning their divisions. Culture Exchange Through Soccer won the championship in the Under 19 division.
Due to the success of the event, We has decided to host the tournament again on the first weekend of August.
