Our goal is to create a positive and competitive learning environment where players can grow both on and off the field. Through structured training sessions, skills clinics, and mentorship, we aim to prepare players for future opportunities in soccer while building character and leadership.


We welcome players of all experience levels and focus heavily on long-term player development.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT AREAS

We teach the fundamentals of soccer in a fun, organized, and age-appropriate way. Players work on dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, movement, ball control, and decision-making.


Confidence & Character

Our coaches encourage every player to work hard, stay positive, and believe in themselves. We want players to leave each session feeling better, stronger, and more confident.

Teamwork & Discipline

Players learn how to listen, communicate, support teammates, compete fairly, and respect coaches, teammates, opponents, and the game.

Pathway to Competitive Soccer

As our academy grows, we are building teams and preparing players for league play, tournaments, and higher levels of competition.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
Structured training sessions designed to help young players improve their technical ability, confidence, decision-making, and overall understanding of the game in a positive learning environment.


SKILLS CLINICS
Fun, engaging, and high-energy sessions focused on individual technique, ball mastery, coordination, creativity, and player development for all skill levels.


TEAM DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
As the academy continues to grow, our goal is to build strong youth teams that can compete in local leagues and tournaments while maintaining a development-first philosophy centered around long-term player growth.

TRAINING DETAILS

Weekly Training

Day: Fridays
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Ages: 5–13
Current Indoor Location: ACE Gym, Worcester, MA
Outdoor Season: Seasonal outdoor training at Worcester fields, including Elm Park Community School Field when available.

Players should bring:

Soccer shoes or indoor shoes depending on location

Water bottle

WCFA jersey or training shirt

Black shorts and black socks when wearing WCFA shirt only

Positive attitude and willingness to work hard

TRAINING GROUPS

U5–U8 Foundation Group

Focused on fun, movement, basic ball control, coordination, listening skills, teamwork, and love for the game.

U9–U12 Development Group

Focused on technical skills, passing, receiving, shooting, defending, small-sided games, decision-making, and confidence in game situations.

U13 Player Growth Group


Focused on improving speed of play, tactical understanding, leadership, communication, and preparation for competitive soccer environments.

    Known to his players as Coach E, Emmanuel Paye brings over 16 years of experience as a soccer coach, trainer, and mentor.


    He currently serves as an Assistant Coach at Quinsigamond Community College (QCC) and has worked with players at every level — from beginners and youth athletes to collegiate, national

    As the Founder and Head Coach of Worcester City Football Academy, Coach E is passionate about creating a positive environment where young athletes can grow in skill, confidence, character, and love for the game.

    • Coach Will is known for his passion, leadership, and ability to connect with young players, helping them grow in confidence, discipline, and understanding of the game both on and off the field.
